2012

THE 2012 RANDOLPH OILERS SEASON:

Season Preview:

NEW YEAR.
NEW FIELD.
NEW UNIFORMS.
NEW ATTITUDE.
NEW SEASON.

2012 is here and the Oilers mean business.

After spending 2011 playing all our games on the road while the Town of Randolph invested $3 million in building a new field and stands with a state of the art playing surface at our home field (Randolph High School), the Oilers are headed home for the 2012 season and we're bringing with us a whole new attitude.

Inspired by the legendary 1990 Oiler championship team the Oilers are bringing a quiet swagger to the field in 2012. 2011 was a challenging season due to injuries, depth, and the grind of playing the entire season on the road. But now we are HOME and are going to show the EFL what Oiler football is all about.

If you are interested in being part of our organization in 2012 and helping us reach our goal of bringing the CHAMPIONSHIP back to Randolph, please join us at our next team meeting and hear what we are all about.

BUBBA IS BACK!!!!!!!!
sssss

The Randolph Oilers are thrilled to announce that legendary linebacker Bubba Pina is returning to the Oilers as an assistant coach for the 2012 season. Bubba helped lead the Oilers to the 1990 EFL Championship, and was recently elected to the American Football Association Hall of Fame.

The saying around the EFL in the late 80's and 90's was: "there's no one meanna than Bubba Pina."

NOBODY wanted to get hit by Bubba Pina (by the way, Bubba still looks like he could suit up and play today, so watch out!). Bubba is one of the greatest linebackers in EFL history, and his knowledge and intensity will be of huge benefit to the Oiler squad. Please click here for Bubba's profile page.

Welcome back Bubba!!!!!!!!

Rest in Peace- Jeff Delaney

It is with great regret the Oilers share the news of the passing of former Oiler player Jeff Delaney.   Jeff recently passed away at the too-young age of 33.

Jeff played for the Oilers in the early 2000's and was a favorite of both the coaching staff and his teammates. Jeff grew up in Walthan, where he was a captain of Waltham High School football and hockey teams, and went on to play football for Plymouth State University. . He also was a skilled lacrosse player.
